CIRCE LAUNCHES, established the passenger launch service to the Cape Fur Seal and Sea bird colony at Duiker Island, Hout Bay, in 1972. The original vessels used for this run, were the m.v. Circe and the m.v. R9, two World War 2, Air Sea Rescue boats.
